Pamper Products featuring Estee Lauder, Lush, Avene and Una Brennan

I forget to make time for myself, anyone else guilty of this? I mean I always have an hour or two in the evening to watch television or read but I couldn't remember the last time I pampered myself. So I pulled out some of my favourite products to show you how I have a relaxing evening.

The best way to start a pamper evening is in the bath. I picked up the latest ASOS and Topshop magazines to flick through, along with my favourite Yankee Candle called Soft Blanket, it's the most comforting smell, to light at the side of the bath.

I normally apply a face mask in the bath as the steam from the bath opens up your pores. I currently use the Super Facialist by Una Brennan Tea Flower Face Mask. It really gives you a deep clean, it has a slight tingling sensation which lets you know it's working miracles!

After a long soak, I reach for my Dream Cream moisturiser from Lush, this is divine! It's a thin cream that performs like a thick body butter without the weight.

A serum is added to the routine when I have a pamper. I normally use my La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo treatment but adding a serum really does help to repair my skin and heal any scarring. If my skin is sore from acne, I'll apply the Avene Soothing Hydrating Serum, which does what it says on the tin. It helps take the 'angry' edge off my acne and skin.

If I'm at the end of a breakout, I'll apply Estee Lauder's famous Advanced Night Repair. This product gives me a noticeable difference in reducing the redness of my scarring but with a hefty price tag, I do use this sparingly even on pamper evenings.

After all these lotions and potions, I find myself feeling refreshed and relaxed, just in time for bed.

What are you pamper evening go-to products?
